Why Stellvia exists

Finished work should not become reconstruction work.

Stellvia is being built for South African service suppliers whose work is complete before every customer requirement is ready for invoicing and accounting.

The purpose

Control the missing record between work and accounts.

Job software records the work. Stellvia is planned to prepare the customer-ready record. The customer's portal receives the submission. Accounting software and advisers retain invoicing, ledger and tax authority.

  1. 01

    Preserve the source.

Keep the original instruction, work record and evidence visible instead of replacing them with an unexplained summary.

  2. 02

    Show what is missing.

A completed job can still lack a purchase order, proof, sign-off, required form or submission acknowledgement.

  3. 03

    Name the next owner.

Every visible exception needs a person or team responsible for the next safe action.

  4. 04

    Keep decisions with people.

Customers, operations teams, accountants and advisers retain the decisions and professional authority they already own.

  5. 05

    State what is real.

Current, planned and out-of-scope behavior must remain clearly separated while Stellvia is in development.
