Administrative completion and responsibility
PRJCT STUDIO remains responsible for operating this public website and for handling requests through the published role-based addresses while final Information Officer registration particulars and the PAIA manual are completed.
The owner has recorded that South African counsel advised that this informational website may be released. Formal written counsel confirmation remains scheduled before any authenticated Stellvia application is released; it is not represented as already received.

Pre-launch boundary
This site is a pre-launch informational and application surface. It does not complete a sale, take payment, activate a subscription, guarantee product availability or admit a person to the Founding Programme.
The current Control Check uses deterministic, explainable model 3.0.0. Historical records can retain models 2.0.0 and 1.3.0. None of these routes makes a legal, credit, tax, professional, capacity or admission decision.
Stellvia does not promise payment, savings, return on investment, tax or accounting correctness, programme admission, provider delivery or regulatory approval.

Legal applicability
The applicability of the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act, Consumer Protection Act, Promotion of Access to Information Act and other legislation depends on the actual transaction, user and final commercial arrangement. Stellvia does not contract out of mandatory rights.
