What it takes care of

Everything between the job and the bank, in one record.

Stellvia Control is being built to keep every piece of the job together, so your team stops chasing paperwork across chats, inboxes and spreadsheets.

  1. Instructions and POs

Read, proposed beside the source and linked to the job.

  2. Customer requirements

Each customer’s rules stay with every job they apply to.

  3. Proof of work

Photos, job cards and notes on the visit they belong to.

  4. Sign-off

Acceptance requested from the right person and tracked.

  5. Checks

Missing items named, with the person who owns the fix.

  6. Invoices

Prepared from accepted work, with the proof attached.

  7. Submission

The customer’s portal, email or paper route, with the acknowledgement kept.

  8. Payments

The payment message, bank evidence and allocation kept apart until they agree.

  9. Accountant handoff

A dated pack with every source. Questions come back to the job.

  10. Full history

Earlier versions and reasons kept whenever something changes.

Your numbers

How much money is waiting on paperwork?

Enter your own figures to see how much invoice value is held up by missing paperwork. It is your estimate, not a promise of what Stellvia will recover.

Whole number from 1 to 10,000

Whole rand from 1 to 10,000,000

Whole number from 1 to 100

Whole number from 1 to 365

Enter all four numbers to see your estimate.

For comparison, the Owner plan is planned at R900 a month.

Based only on what you enter. It does not predict what Stellvia will recover or save. Nothing you type is stored or sent.

The terms, in plain words

A planned 21-day proof period.

Prepare that job's linked work, requirements and evidence into the agreed reviewable package; record the actual acceptance outcome and anything still open.

  • No payment card or automatic subscription.
  • Ten real work records and one bounded external acceptance request after the required identity and safety checks.
  • One period of 21 elapsed days, displayed in Africa/Johannesburg. No clock resets or retrospective activation.
  • One bounded live external acceptance request after identity and safety checks. Buyer acceptance and payment are not guaranteed.
First-payment protection and a clear exit.

The intended eligible first-payment refund period is 30 days. Final commercial wording remains subject to review before publication.

  • The intended first-payment entitlement combines correction of a package wrongly marked ready because of Stellvia's handling with the eligible first-payment refund. A reason is optional; no compulsory review, call, usage or referral hurdle.
  • No duplicate refund. Reconcile through the original payment route. If annual prepayment is offered, the eligible refund covers the full annual payment.
  • On expiry, retain the permitted read/export access for fourteen days.
What counts towards a limit?

One new work record means one unique controlled record. Edits, retries and defect-driven rerenders do not consume another allowance.

  • Published records are new work records per month; storage means active storage.
  • Operational access and external accountant review have different roles. Accountant-seat commercial treatment is still to be confirmed.
  • Needs beyond the stated limits have no currently established offer.
What you would need to provide.

The current agreement or PO, work details and evidence, customer requirements, authorised contacts and any relevant invoice/payment record.

  • Agree one eligible job, the real source records you will provide and the precise outcome to prove before activation.
  • Starts deliberately under the accepted terms with the first real source, after eligibility and identity checks.
The job, invoice, payment and accounting response.

STELLVIA CONTROL is being built to connect the agreement, customer requirements, work evidence, acceptance, invoice and payment record with the accounting handoff. The examples explain the planned scope; they are not released software.
